Yasaman Tarighatmanesh
she is an Iranian visual artist whose work moves between classical Persian techniques and contemporary forms. Her practice explores themes of identity, belonging, and cultural bridging. She studied Fine Art at Alzahra University in Tehran, where she was trained in calligraphy, sculpture, jewelry design, woodwork, glass work, and tapestry. She also spent over thirteen years practicing Persian miniature painting. Now based in Canada, Yasaman works across painting, installation, sculpture, and mixed media to create spaces where stories can be shared and connections can form. For her, art isn’t just a personal expression—it’s a way to hold space for others, to reflect on complexity, and to foster shared moments of understanding.
